The olive grove

The olive grove includes around 800 trees of the Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara cultivars, divided into more or less equal proportions.

Tree care is essentially conservative: no treatments of any kind are carried out, and pruning is light and respects the plant’s natural, harmonious growth.

Soil management and fertilisation have always been entrusted exclusively to the presence of animals.
