The structures
The Azienda Agricola Acquaviva covers 17 hectares at the foot of Monte Inici, in the municipality of Castellammare del Golfo (TP).
It is an organic farm that constantly seeks strategies to create a synergistic relationship between animals, the environment and man in order to optimise functional diversity and encourage the biological fertility of the ecosystem.
This involves constant research on how to manage water resources, limit waste production and integrate their disposal, progressively design human settlement by improving existing structures in a sustainable way and introducing new natural constructions.
