The animals
Different animal and plant species come together to create an ecosystem rich in biodiversity. The farm has hosted three Cinisara cows, two donkeys and a small filly, who over the years have helped fertilise and graze the land beneath the olive grove.
The arrival of four sheep is currently being planned (November 2025). Over the years, various farmyard animals have also lived on the estate, such as turkeys, guinea fowls, piglets, bees, and a goat.
